WELLSBORO, Pennsylvania –- August 2 – The Waste Management Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally® (STPR®), has announced the oldest, continuously-running motorsports event in the state of Pennsylvania, will be back for its 41st edition scheduled for June 2 and 3, 2017 in Wellsboro. The Committee has also announced that its event will be sanctioned by a new partner, the American Rally Association.

Competitor Registration to open at midnight; Supps available

The stars have aligned, all the documents have been approved by Rally America and we are ready!

Competitor Registration will open tonight at 12:01 AM. Competitors must register with Rally America first, and then go to www.DLBracing.com to pay by credit card. As always we will accept payment by check in the mail.

Supplemental Regulations will be posted on Rally America ASAP and are currently available from this website.

Please remember we are all volunteers managing this event and we have day jobs that sometimes extend into our weekends. We are working as hard as we can!

STPR16: Spectator Areas and Tickets

All spectator areas within the forest on Saturday are still free!!!
And children under age 12 are free at both the Super Special Stages at the Tioga County Fairgrounds on Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as the spectator area on the Waste Management stage on Friday.  No dogs are allowed.

Former STPR competitor David Mirra dead of apparent suicide

Dave Mirra, 41, was found dead in his truck in Greenville, North Carolina, due to what authorities are calling an “apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.”

“He called Greenville, North Carolina home and was as humble a guy talking with kids on a street corner about bikes as he was in his element on the world stage,” said Greenville Mayor Allen Thomas in a press release. “A young life with so much to offer was taken too soon.”

No VIP Super Passes for STPR 2015

Due to logistical issues, there will not be VIP tickets available this year. Thank you for your inquiries.

There are still many opportunities for spectating:

On Friday,  the competitors and their cars will be on display around the Green in downtown Wellsboro beginning at 11:30 a.m.  The first car starts the rally at 2:01 p.m.
