Note: You must have Microsoft Word installed on your computer; if not you may download a free Word Reader from Microsoft. Some of the forms are now available as fill-in-the-blank MS Word documents. Word forms are an efficient way to gather information because they allow you to input data electronically, then save as a file, send as an attachment, or print as a hard copy. This document gives basic instructions for completing, saving, and printing forms. When you click on the file, you will be asked whether you want to "Open it" or "Save it to disk". If you select "Open it" The application will launch in Microsoft Word, and bring you to that file. Completing FormsTo complete a Word form, complete the following steps:
Saving Completed FormsTo keep an electronic file for your records or to forward the completed form as an attachment, you can save the form results.
Printing Completed FormsDepending on your needs, you might want to keep a hard copy for your own records.
