STPR 2003 ADDS SEVERAL ADDITION SPECTATOR AREAS

In response to the changed requirements for spectator safety, we are pleased to announce the selection of several additional spectator areas for this years event. We hope that there will be three areas during the day, and three areas at night. Addition of the new areas is dependent upon pre-registration of sufficient volunteers to staff the areas. Along with marshals, we need medical and ham radio at each area.

At all non-approved intersections banner tape will be a minimum of 50' from the course. Roads to enter those locations will be blocked to prevent access, but if you find your way there you will be required to relocate to an approved area before we will be able to start the stage. By the time you get to an approved location, the action could well be over.

Directions to all official spectator areas will be available, as always, in the Official Program. The program is available rally weekend at event registration on Friday (you don't have to be a participant to come in and get the program) and at the Green on Saturday. Sales of the program benefit the Tioga County Red Cross.

If you are planning to work and haven't let us know, this would be a very good time to pre-register. Forms are available for download at http://www.stpr.org/worker_info.html#forms, but if you have a problem click the link to have the form e-mailed to you

We are doing what we can to make this a safe, yet fun, event for all - competitors, workers, and spectators. Your cooperation and assistance will assure that this will happen.

STPR is pleased to welcome MSR as our newest sponsor / participant.
