STPR is an alcohol-free event.
All registration activities occur at the Tioga County Fairgrounds located on Route 6 between Mansfield and Wellsboro, Penn.

| Waiver Signing 6:30 a.m.- 6:55 a.m. Recce 7:00 a.m. to approx. 5 p.m. |
Reservation with Competitor Registrar and payment required by 5/27/11 • Registration open for RECCE participants; participants must sign a waiver before leaving the fairgrounds parking lot at 7 a.m. • One Pass Reconnaissance leaves at 7:00 a.m. sharp |

| 2:01 p.m. | The Waste Management Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally Phase 1 begins (Sherwood Forest Rally Begins) |
| 7:00 p.m. (approximate) | Subaru Super Special Stage at Tioga County Fairgrounds Sponsored by the Philadelphia Zone, Subaru of America |

| 8:30 a.m. | Parc Exposé around the Green in Wellsboro |

| 10:00 a.m. | The Waste Management Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally Phase 2 begins (Sherwood Forest Regional Rally continues) |
| 12:50 p.m. approximately | Finger Lakes Regional Rally begins at Germania service. Scrutineering for cars wanting to re-enter the second rally, located near food pavilion from noon. Contact Scrutineering for appointment. |
| 6.50 p.m. | First car arrives at Tioga County Fairgrounds. Begin 15 minute Service and Parc Ferme. |
| 8:15 p.m. (approximate) | Subaru Super Special Stage (Fairgrounds) |
