PLEASE NOTE: Entries will be limited to 80 cars ONLY. Last year there were 76 entries at the seeded draw. At the seeded draw, entries will be selected as per the rule book; i.e. Seeds FIA - Seed 3 will be selected first, then ProRally entries in seeding order. The ClubRally only entries will then be drawn. If there are less than 80 entries at the seeded draw, the field will be filled on a first paid basis after that date.

FOR EASY REGISTRATION: All entrants who provide all information to the registrar on or before May 30, 1999 may use the EXPRESS LINE at registration on Friday, June 4, 1999. All you will have to do is pick up your competitor packet and sign the insurance waiver.

SEEDED DRAW
The Seeded Draw will be held on Sunday, May 16th. Supplemental Instructions will be mailed by May 20, 1999 to all entrants.

REFUNDS
Entries withdrawn by May 15th will be refunded in full. Entries withdrawn between May 16 and June 3, 1999 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. There will be NO REFUNDS after June 3, 1999. The organizers may, at their sole discretion, reject any entry, min which case, the full entry will be refunded.

CAR NUMBERS:
Enter your permanent assigned car number only. If you do not have one you will be assigned one for the event along with stick-on numbers.

INSURANCE INFORMATION
The INSURANCE DECLARATION PAGE for competitor vehicles and any vehicles servicing a competitor must be shown to the Event Registrar at registration. A copy may be mailed or faxed to the Event Registrar, but must be received ON OR BEFORE JUNE 3, 1999 to prove that these vehicles have current minimum liability insurance coverage of $100,000/$250,000/$50,000 which meets or exceeds the vehicle insurance standards established and required by the SCCA.

NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR COMPETITION OR SERVICE WITHOUT THE DECLARATION PAGE.

LICENSE
All Drivers must present their ProRally and/or ClubRally license or a copy of their Pro/Rally and/or ClubRally license to the Registrar at or before registration to participate.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DIVISIONAL AND/OR NATIONAL LICENSE, YOU MUST PAY $50 WHEN YOU REGISTER, to obtain your license from Denver. Please get your license before the rally. $25 to the Finger Lakes Region and $25 to SCCA National. This $50.00 is in addition to your entry fee.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
On the entry form, there are TWO PLACES for you to identify whom to call in case of an emergency.

FIRST: STPR '99 officials are requiring that you provide the name of a person who is NOT attending STPR '99.
SECOND: STPR '99 officials are requiring that you provide the name of someone attending STPR'99 who can be called on your behalf by officials if there is an emergency. This person must be someone other than your co-driver

HOSPITALITY
STPR is famous for its Hospitality, and this year will be the same as last year, using the new Fireman's Hall in downtown Wellsboro (behind McDonalds). No driving needed from Downtown for the parties.

The Friday Night Welcome Party Entry to all who have waiver wristbands with free beer, pop and snacks, where you can watch videos or talk to some of the 360 volunteer workers who make your weekend happen. This party is sponsored by the Wellsboro Chamber of Commerce.

The After Rally Pizza, Wings and Beer Party - Again at the Fireman's Hall (next to the impound parking). It is Free to all wrist band holders only.

The Sunday Brunch at the Penn Wells Hotel with two free tickets per entry on receipt of your CER's. This year the brunch will be after the awards ceremony is held.

The Awards Ceremony will be held at 9:00 AM Sunday Morning at the Movie Theater next to the Penn Wells Hotel. You can hand in your CER's and receive your brunch tickets then.

THE COURSE
The STPR is approximately 365 miles in length, with 145 competitive miles in 13 stages. The roads are hard packed, generally very smooth, narrow and twisty. Each ClubRally is about 72 competitive miles, with 6 and 7 stages, respectively.
