Wellsboro Rally for the Special Olympics

A time-speed-distance rally designed for any legal vehicle, within the legal speed limit, on high quality paved and unpaved roads in Tioga County. This event WILL NOT use the forest roads of the ProRally/ClubRally. The instructions will have a mileage to each turn, and are intended to be easy to follow. There are no tricks or traps involved in following the course.

Awards in four classes:

• Novice: (less than 6 rallies by any person in the car)
• Stock: (stock odometer and single-memory calculator)
• Limited (using any equipment which cannot accumulate time and distance simutaneously, including non-programmable calculator, relocated odometer, etc.)
• Equipped (anything goes).

Michelin Tire Co. has again donated a set of tires for our raffle.

12-2:30 PM	Registration St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Pearl Street, Wellsboro
1:00 PM	Class for newcomers to rallying
3:01 PM	First Car Start
5:30 PM (approx.)	First Car Finish (Provisional scores will be posted immediately after event.)
10:00 PM	Awards Presentation - Fire Department Annex

Provisional scores & door prizes immediately after event.

FEES

Pre-registered (and postmarked by May 17)	$25 U.S. per car
After May 17	$30 U.S. per car

Entry fees not refundable after May 17.
On-site registration: Cash or VISA/MasterCard only accepted. No checks. Limit of 50 cars.
