Volunteer Registration

Volunteer registration is at the TIOGA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS

during these time periods:

THURSDAY and FRIDAY - 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Weekend volunteers will receive invitations to the Welcome party Friday evening, the after–event party on Saturday night, and awards presentation; volunteer incentive souvenir pin, lunch voucher, and event bumper sticker. Pre-registered volunteers will receive an event t-shirt.

GENERAL - to be used if you want to register to work as a course marshal, spectator marshal; merchandise, press, service, tech, Parc Exposé, etc.
RADIO - (Not for Sweep)
SWEEP - This is for Dale Howey's Sweep Team (NOT for Medical)
TRACKER - This is for Curtis Braun's Tracker Team
MEDICAL - This is for Bear Bergen's Medical Team (NOT for Sweep)
When registering online, once you have successfully submitted all the data, you should see a final confirmation page (following the page giving you a chance to proof your data prior to submitting). You will then receive a confirmation via email. Anyone who plans to attend the Friday-night party needs proof of registration (either a wristband from actually registering at the fairgrounds or a printout of the confirmation e-mail if they can't make it to registration before the party); Anyone without proof will not be admitted to the party.
